Social, Emotional or Mental Health challenges, that could include: 

  • Feeling angry or frustrated (finding it hard to regulate emotions)

  • Presenting with low self-esteem

  • Managing anxiety

  • Self-harming behaviour

  • Difficulties making or maintaining friendships

Learning difficulties, that could include:

  • Difficulties with attention and concentration

  • Memory or processing issues

  • SLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) e.g., in relation to literacy/ Dyslexia

Difficulties communicating or interacting, that could include: 

  • Delayed speech and language development

  • Misreading social cues

Physical or sensory needs, that could include: 

  • Vision or hearing issues

  • Medical needs

  • Challenges with mobility

  • Sensory difficulties  e.g., with noise, touch or movement

Sarah has great integrity and is a very approachable professional who is dedicated to her work. She cares for the families she works with and has good relationships with schools as well as other teams. Sarah has excellent communication skills and she has always made time to email, ring and meet me to discuss our working cases.
